MealPal Day 12: Neapolitan Express

Order: Margherita pizza

Margherita pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese D.O.P. (not sure what D.O.P. means), and extra virgin olive oil. Organic, eco-friendly, and non-GMO.

Value: $9

I had high expectations for the pizza at Neapolitan. And it was pretty good! But I gotta say, as far as this specific style of pizza goes, nothing competes with Roberta’s.

If I were in a time crunch for a MealPal pickup, I might not return to Neapolitan—the wait was about 10 minutes. But if I were a tourist and I needed a good fix of carbs, cheese, and grease, this would be a solid choice on Wall Street. I give it 3.5 stars, but by no means am unsatisfied.
